SECURITY
From the partnership with the military policy, it is kept a police station for the patrol and security of the Group’s neighborhoods. The company provides the physical structure and the Military Police does the policing.
FREE FAIR
By initiative of the Foundation, a free fair was organized. The fair provides leisure moments to all of them. TRANSPORTATION Four buses transports, daily, the employees, making easier their transportation between the company and their houses. Each employee pays, monthly, a symbolic tax for this service.

GASTRONOMIC FESTIVALS
To vary the employees’ menu, there are events with typical dishes from several regions of the country. A true delight.

The Group has effluent treatment stations plants.Program on education and selective collection garbage S.O.L.P. (Security, Order, Cleanness, and Productivity); Health and Environment Week; Communitarian Development Program; "Door open" Project; Araguaia River Action.
